Calmio: Mood & Mindful Habits (“Calmio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is developed and operated by Gesla LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Calmio mobile application (the “App”).

By using Calmio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.2 Wellness & Content Data

• Mood check-ins and emotional reflections you record
• Daily intentions, notes, and habit history
• Your preferences for sessions and sleep sounds

1.3 Usage Data

• App interactions and feature usage (sessions, app opens, in-app purchases)
• Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
• Log data (time of access, crash reports, IP address)
• Approximate geography/region

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide mood tracking, mindfulness sessions, and habit-building features
• Personalize check-ins, recommendations, and reminders
• Generate your Daily Vibe using an AI model
• Process and maintain your subscriptions
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Send notifications you have enabled
• Ensure security and prevent misuse

3. AI-Powered Features

The Daily Vibe is generated by an artificial intelligence model operated by a third-party provider. To produce it, the App sends the selections you make on the Vibe screen — your daily goal, energy level, state of mind, and current emotion — to that provider through our own server.

These requests contain no name, email address, or account identifier. The provider receives your selections and nothing that identifies you. Generated results are stored in your account so you can revisit them, and are deleted together with your account.

Third-party AI providers process this data under their own privacy policies.

4. Advertising

The App shows occasional full-screen advertisements to users without an active subscription. An active subscription removes them.

We do not share personal data with our advertising provider. Requests for an advertisement carry no account identifier and no device advertising identifier (IDFA); the App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data only in the following cases:

• With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics tools, advertising, backend infrastructure)
• When required by law or legal obligations
• To protect users, property, or platform integrity

6. Data Storage & Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of your data. However, no digital system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to data processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where applicable)

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and its features, unless longer retention is required by law. Once the retention period expires, personal data is deleted.

Calmio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Third-Party Services

Calmio may use third-party services (such as analytics, cloud storage, hosting, AI processing, subscription management, and advertising providers). These services may process data under their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Effective Date” at the top, and, where required, we will notify you within the App.
